A team works on a plan. The plan sets how many profiles the team can have. Every plan includes the owner; more people are member seats, an add-on. Extra profiles are an add-on too, so you never have to jump to a bigger plan for a few more. Every plan starts with a free week.
The plans#

Every plan has every feature: projects, the proxy sheet, roles and rights, the Local API for scripts, updates. Plans differ only in size. Storage on the team server has no limit on these plans.
Prices as of October 2026. The plan panel always shows what your own team has and pays. Teams already on the older Team or Agency plan keep it, with its limits.
A free week on every plan#
Every plan starts with a free week, cancel any time before it ends and pay nothing. There is no free plan: the week is how you try SablePower with your own accounts.
- The team owner opens Account, Plan and billing and presses Start your free week.
- Choose the plan, the billing period and any add-ons. The window says Nothing for 7 days, then the price for the period.
- Stripe's page takes the card. Nothing is charged now; the plan applies at once.
- The page shows Trial ends on a date, and Your card is charged on that date unless you cancel.
- Three days before the week ends, the team owner gets one email saying when the card is charged and how much.
- Cancel in the week under Manage billing: nothing is charged, the plan runs to the end of the week, and then the team has no plan.
- Changing the plan or the add-ons in the week applies at once and charges nothing; the card is charged for the plan you have when the week ends.
- When the week ends, the card is charged for the first month, quarter or year, and the plan goes on as any paid plan. If that payment does not go through, the plan stays while Stripe tries the card again, as with any renewal.
- The free week is once per team, and once per owner's email address. A team that had one, or paid by card before, pays from the start.
A team with no plan#
A new team starts with no plan, and a team whose plan ended goes back to it. With no plan the team keeps everything: profiles, people, proxies and settings stay listed, editable, exportable and deletable. But no profile opens, no new one is made and nobody new is invited, until the team has a plan again. SablePower says "The team has no plan yet, so no profile opens." The team owner starts the free week, or pays for a plan, under Account, Plan and billing; everybody else reads The team owner can start the free trial.
Pay monthly, quarterly or yearly#
Paid by card, a plan and its add-ons can be paid every month, every 3 months at 15% off, or once a year at 40% off. One payment covers the whole period:

The add-ons get the same 15% or 40% off. Amounts are rounded to the cent.
What counts#
- Profiles: every team profile that is not in the Trash. Profiles still kept on one computer only, from before version 1.6.2, count once they are moved to the team (Move to the team); at the limit the move stops and says so.
- Members: everyone in the team, the owner included, plus open invitations. An invitation holds a seat until it is used or runs out after 48 hours. So each plan alone is the owner, and every other person needs a member seat.

Add-ons sit on top of the plan. The 10 profiles plan with 30 extra profiles has 40 profiles, and the panel shows it as 10 + 30 extra profiles.
An extra profile is $0.15 a month, whatever the number: 30 are $4.50, 90 are $13.50. So 10 profiles with 90 extra cost $18, exactly the 100 profiles plan (and from there you get that plan).
The step discount on member seats#
The more member seats you take, the less each one costs. The discount is for the whole quantity, not only the part above the step:

Extra profiles have no steps: each is $0.15.
Never more than the next step#
Because the discount jumps at each step, a number of seats just below a step could cost more than the step itself: 49 extra seats at 10% off would be $110.25, while 50 at 20% off are $100.00. So SablePower never charges more than the next step: when the next step costs the same or less, you get the step's number of seats, at the step's price. Ask for 49 extra seats and you get 50 for $100.00.

Example: the 10 profiles plan with 50 extra profiles and 2 extra seats is $4.50 + $7.50 + $5 = $17.00 a month, for 60 profiles and 3 people.
Never more than the next plan#
The same goes for plans. When a bigger plan holds at least as many profiles as your plan with its extra profiles, and costs the same or less, you get the bigger plan instead, with your member seats. The window says so before you pay.
- The 10 profiles plan with 90 extra profiles would be $18 a month, the same as the 100 profiles plan, so you get the 100 profiles plan. With 89 extra ($17.85) you keep the 10 profiles plan.
- The 100 profiles plan with 537 extra profiles would be $98.55 a month, more than the 1,000 profiles plan at $98.50, so you get the 1,000 profiles plan.
Paid quarterly or yearly, the same holds for that period's amounts.
See your plan and what is used#
Owners and admins: Users, Team tab, and Account, Plan and billing. The panel at the top shows:
- Plan, its name and what the team pays (a month, every 3 months or a year, with add-ons when there are any), or No plan.
- Trial ends on a date in the free week, Renews on a date when the plan is paid by card, Ends on a date when it was cancelled, or Free until a date when we agreed a free period for a plan we set up.
- Profiles, Members and Storage: used of allowed, with a bar. Members say how many of them are open invitations. A row that has reached its limit says full.
At a limit#
When a limit is reached, SablePower refuses what would go past it and says why, for example "Your plan allows 100 profiles. The team owner can upgrade." Refused at the profile limit: a new profile, a duplicate, a batch or a spreadsheet import (the rows up to the limit are made), and restoring a profile from the Trash. Refused at the member limit: a new invitation, and using one.
Nothing is deleted. A team that holds more than its plan allows (after a smaller plan or a cancelled card plan) keeps every profile and every member: they stay listed, editable, exportable and deletable. Only what the plan holds opens: the oldest profiles up to the limit, and the first members up to the seats, the owner first. Opening any other says "Your plan allows 10 profiles. Upgrade, or delete some to open this one." Delete a profile and the next oldest opens; a person past the seats opens profiles again once the owner removes someone or buys seats. With no plan nothing opens until the team has one.
In the app, a plan change to fewer profiles or seats than the team has now is refused with the numbers: delete profiles or remove people first, or choose a bigger plan.
To make room right away: delete profiles you no longer need and empty them from the Trash, or remove open invitations nobody will use. Otherwise change the plan or add extra profiles or seats.
Change the plan or add extras#
The team owner does it in the app: Account, Plan and billing. Choose the billing period, a plan and the add-ons, pay by card on Stripe's page (the first time, after the free week), and the new limits apply as soon as the payment goes through; nobody needs to sign out or update. Changing, the card, the invoices and cancelling are there too: Plan and billing. VAs: ask your team owner.
Until card payments are switched on for your team server, the page says so: write to us with the plan or how many extra profiles or seats, and we change it on the server.
If we agreed limits of your own for your team, those numbers are the limit, and the panel shows them. A plan paid by card never gives less than it pays for.
