Content Removal & Complaints

Last updated: 2026

How to report content made with Sable Designs, and how to complain about a decision we made.

1. Reporting content

Email [email protected].

You do not need an account and you do not need to sign in. Email is the only route. There is no web form and no in-product reporting button, and we would rather say that than point you at something that does not exist.

Tell us:

You do not need to prove who you are before we will look. If you are reporting that content depicts you, tell us that and we will act on it.

2. What we prioritise

In this order:

  1. Content sexualising a minor. Acted on immediately, removed, the account closed, and reported to the appropriate authorities.
  2. Content depicting a real person without consent, including intimate images presented as real. Acted on quickly.
  3. Everything else: copyright, impersonation, other breaches of the Acceptable Use Policy.

3. What happens, and how long it takes

A person reads your report and decides. That person is the operator.

We are not going to quote you a response time. There is no ticket queue with a clock on it, no escalation path, and no second reviewer, because this is a very small operation run by one person. Promising you 24 hours or 3 working days would be a number we invented. What we will do is acknowledge your report when we read it, and tell you the outcome.

If your report concerns a minor or a real person depicted without consent, it goes to the front of the queue.

4. What we can and cannot remove

We can remove content stored on our systems and close the account that made it.

We cannot remove content that has already been downloaded and published elsewhere. Output generated here is owned by the person who generated it and we do not watermark or track it, so once it leaves our storage we have no way to find it. If it has spread, we can still close the account, and we can tell you what we know that might help you pursue it elsewhere.

5. Complaining about a decision we made

If we removed your content, refused a prompt, or closed your account and you think we got it wrong, email [email protected] and say so.

Being straight with you about what that review is: there is one person here. Your complaint will be read by the same person who made the original decision. We cannot offer an independent reviewer, and we are not going to describe our process as though we can. What we will do is look again properly, and tell you the reasoning rather than just the outcome.

6. Legal requests

Law enforcement, regulators and lawyers acting on a rights holder's behalf should email [email protected] with the request and the authority it is made under.

7. Misuse of this route

Do not use this to remove content you simply dislike, or to harass someone by reporting them repeatedly. We keep a record of reports.

8. Contact

[email protected]

18+ only. All imagery is generated; no real person is depicted.
