Content Policy

Last updated: 2026

This explains what the content on Sable Designs actually is, how it is made, and what we do and do not check. It sits alongside the Acceptable Use Policy, which covers what you may make.

1. Everything here is generated

Every image and every video produced by this Service is created by a machine learning model from a text description and, where you supply one, a reference image.

There are no performers. No person was photographed or filmed to produce this output. The people in it do not exist. A "character" on this Service is a set of model settings, not a person.

This is why there is no record-keeping statement on this site. The record-keeping rules that apply to sexually explicit material exist to document real human performers, and there are none here to document. If that position ever stops being true, because the Service starts handling real footage of real people, this page will change first.

2. Real people

You must not use this Service to make sexual content of a real, identifiable person without their explicit consent. That is in the Acceptable Use Policy and it is the rule we treat most seriously after anything involving minors.

We want to be straight with you about enforcement. The Service does not detect whether an output resembles a real person. There is a short list of well-known names blocked in prompts on some tools, and that is the whole of it. Nothing compares an uploaded reference against any database, nothing asks for consent, and nothing records it.

If content depicting you has been made here, report it. See Content Removal & Complaints. We act on those reports quickly and we do not require you to prove ownership of your own face beyond enough to identify the image.

3. Minors

Nothing sexual involving anyone under 18, or anyone depicted as under 18, at any time, for any reason.

We report child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities. An account used for it is closed permanently and we do not enter into correspondence about reinstatement.

4. What is checked, honestly

Prompts. Every prompt submitted through the generator is screened before anything runs. Refusals are recorded.

Still images you upload. Screened with an automated estimate of the apparent age of any detected face. Below our threshold, the upload is refused.

Video you upload. Not screened. Accepted as supplied.

Generated images. Screened on two of our generation paths only. Everything generated on our own GPUs, which includes the explicit generator, is delivered without that check.

Generated video. Not screened on any path.

What the check can see. Apparent age, from a face. Nothing else. It cannot detect a real person's likeness, non-consent, bestiality or violence, and it has nothing to work with in an image containing no visible face.

We are telling you this rather than claiming a moderation system we do not have. A delivered image has not been approved by anybody.

5. Held content

If an automated check flags an output, it is held and not delivered to you. A person reviews it and either releases it or destroys it. There is no fixed timeframe for that review.

If every image in a job was held, your credits are returned automatically. If some were held and some delivered, they are not.

6. Watermarks and hidden markers

We do not add a watermark, a logo, or any provenance marker of our own. What you generate is yours to publish.

Two things you should know anyway.

Some of the third-party models behind this Service embed information in the file before it reaches us. That can include the provider's name, the model, a timestamp and a job reference. We do not add it and we do not remove it.

Images produced by some models carry an invisible watermark that the provider applies and which cannot be turned off.

If you intend to publish output and this matters to you, inspect and strip the file's metadata yourself first.

7. Where generation happens

Explicit generation runs on GPUs we rent from a marketplace, and we do not control or record where those machines are physically located. Everything else is generated by third-party providers on their own infrastructure, in their own jurisdictions. The Privacy Policy names them.

8. Reporting

[email protected], or see Content Removal & Complaints.

18+ only. All imagery is generated; no real person is depicted.
