This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It says what you may not make with Sable Designs. Breaking it is a breach of the Terms and we may end your access for it.
The Service produces adult material and that is the point of it. This policy is not about explicitness. It is about consent, age, and the law.
Minors. Nothing sexual involving anyone under 18, or anyone depicted as under 18. This includes making an adult character look like a child, and it includes any prompt aimed at producing that result. There is no artistic, fictional or "it is not a real person" exception. This is the one rule with no edges, and an account used for it is closed immediately and permanently.
Real people who have not agreed. Do not generate sexual or intimate content depicting a real, identifiable person without their explicit consent. That covers public figures, celebrities, people you know, and anyone whose photo you have. Uploading someone's photo is not consent from them.
Non-consensual depiction. Content presented as a real person's leaked, hacked, hidden-camera or revenge material, whether or not it is generated.
Bestiality, and sexual content involving animals.
Content that is illegal where you are. You are responsible for knowing that. Laws on synthetic adult imagery differ sharply between countries and some of them criminalise material that is legal elsewhere.
We would rather you knew this than assumed a safety net that is not there.
Prompts are screened. Every prompt you submit through the generator is checked before anything runs, and refused prompts are recorded. A small number of well-known real names are blocked outright on some tools.
Still images you upload are checked. Every still image goes through an automated estimate of the apparent age of any face in it, and is refused if that estimate is below our threshold.
Video you upload is not checked. Clips you supply to the video tools are accepted without any automated check.
Generated output is mostly not checked. Two of our generation paths run an automated face-age check on the result before delivery. The rest, including the explicit generator and everything else that runs on our own GPUs, deliver without that check. Video output is never checked.
What the check is. It is an estimate of apparent age from a detected face. That is all it is. It does not detect a real person's likeness, a lack of consent, bestiality, violence, or anything in a picture with no visible face. Do not read a delivered image as an approved image.
Enforcement is by hand. Nothing suspends or bans an account automatically. Refusals are logged, and a person reviews them. Acting on a breach is a decision we make, not something the software does.
The practical consequence: this policy is enforced by you. The automation catches a narrow slice, and you should assume anything outside that slice reaches the output unchecked.
The only safe position is not to. If you nonetheless have genuine, informed, documented consent from the person depicted, keep that documentation. We do not ask for it, we have no way to check it, and we do not hold it. If a complaint arrives, being unable to produce it is your problem.
Depending on what it is, we may remove the content, restrict a tool, close your account, or report it to law enforcement. Content involving minors is always reported.
Closing an account for breach does not entitle you to a refund of unspent credits. See the Refund Policy.
